I do not believe that the current situation of 60 employees, across 9 sites and 10 servers and including remote working and a mixture of laptops, desktops working within an extremely reliable system with minimal downtime would have been achieved without your considerable input. In addition to the infrastructure, you have guided us on other significant issues such as data backup, recovery, security, software and generally acted as a means to ICT progression. This has always been completed with a pragmatic business sense and working to our budgets and timescales.
Whilst a Service Level Agreement is in place, you have always offered more than is stated in terms of telephone advice, ad-hoc actions and call out timescales.”
