Onyx IT Support Portal - Annoucement

The adoption of the Onyx IT Support Portal by 99% of our customers has been a considerable success with end users enjoying easy creation of support requests via the easy to use Portal interface, tracking of a requests and fast problem resolutions well within the contracted service level agreements.
As a result of this success and to maintain effcencies Onyx IT will be adopting the Onyx IT Support Portal as the default method to request support from 1st March 2014.
Logging into the Portal
If you have received login details to the Portal and have not yet created a support request we highly recommend you login and review the portal so you will be able to do so quickly when you most need it. If you're not familiar with creating support requests details can be found here.
No login details?
If you do not have login details please check with the person responsible for companies IT whether you are to report support issues to him or her for their submission via the portal or whether you are to submit requests directly and therefore require login details.
If you are required to submit tickets directly and do not currently have portal login details please contact your account manager or Andrew / Danielle who will ensure these are emailed to you. Details on how to create support requests can be found here.
Telephone / email requests after 1st March
Don't pick up the phone, pick up the mouse. Should you request support by telephone or email after 1st March Andrew or Danielle will be pleased to personally guide you through submitting a support request as after 1st March they will be unable to create a ticket for you, unless of course you do not have a broadband connection.
Whether you are familiar with the Portal or a new user we ask that give that little extra thought to the ticket title as a good descriptive title assists our support team to triage, allocate and respond to your request as efficiently as possible.
