Severe Weather Planning
With last winters snow in mind we have further reviewed our internal policies and procedures to ensure like last year our customers continue to have access to technical support. Although a weather event like the US polar vortex could well prevent our staff travelling, our updated plans will help to ensure continued access to technical support with minimal disruption.
How the Support Portal can help
To combat any weather events help us to help you by creating support requests via the Onyx IT Support Portal as even if travel is unwise creating a ticket via the Support Portal will ensure that the ticket is live and our team can respond to it even if they've not been able to reach the office.
The Portal has been very well received since its customer wide roll out Q4 2013 with hundreds of tickets created and resolved by our team. If you're not familiar with creating tickets details can be found here.
