Whilst initially your organisation acted as a supplier of IT equipment, over a number of years this has developed not just as a preferred supplier but as IT Consultants, genuinely looking after our interests as we develop. I do not believe that the current situation of 60 employees, across 9 sites and 10 servers and including remote working and a mixture of laptops, desktops working within an extremely reliable system with minimal downtime would have been achieved without your considerable input.
In addition to the infrastructure, you have guided us on other significant issues such as data backup, recovery, security, software and generally acted as a means to ICT progression. Onyx provides the day to day support for a large part of our IT, not just Access Accounts, but our server, email, Microsoft applications, security and peripheral systems.
