Most of you are familiar with the Productivity Suite of applications, Word, Excel and Outlook but there is so much more to Office 365.
The 365 suite of subscriptions can be confusing - as well as what the applications in those subscriptions do. So rather than give you a detailed list of everything that is available lets have a look at a new Application called Teams.
 
Do you often have the need to have an email dialogue with a group of people, but then get lost with all the cc’d replies? Do you need to meet with these people on a regular basis but finding the time to meet in one location proves difficult? Do you need to share files with these people and have them accessible anywhere on any device and perhaps work on these files together watching the updates in real time? I suspect the answer is yes to at least one of these questions and Microsoft Teams is the answer.
 
Teams is cloud-based team collaboration software that is part of the Office 365 suite of applications. The core capabilities in Microsoft Teams include business messaging, calling, video meetings and file sharing. Businesses of all sizes can use Teams.
As a business communications app, Teams enables local and remote workers to collaborate on content in real time and near-real time across different devices, including laptops and mobile devices.
