Stuart set to raise money for British Heart Foundation

Norwich based Onyx IT support technician Stuart Hembling is set to complete a 100 mile bike ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation. Stuart comments "Training is going well with most weekends seeing 60 miles plus covered so I'm confident the 100 miles will be completed without too many sore muscles. Going that extra mile in each training ride is what's its all about!
