But it’s not all business for John. He’s a family guy who grooves to jazz, collects vinyl records, and loves playing his guitar and clarinet for fun!
Mike
Say hello to Mike, our IT wizard with over 20 years of experience. Need tech help? Mike’s your go-to guy! He’s known for his patience and clear explanations. No jargon here! Mike’s motto is “can-do,” and he’s always ready to go the extra mile with a smile.
Clare
Clare, the friendly face behind Finance and HR. She ensures the office runs smoothly, drawing upon her 20+ years of experience. Clare has been instrumental in helping Onyx succeed and looks forward to the future. Outside of work, Clare is a keen gardener and has recently rekindled her love for badminton after a 30-year hiatus.

Joe, our Projects Manager, started his tech journey building PCs as a teen. With extensive experience in the Education and Government sectors, Joe enjoys gaming, reading, and watching hard sci-fi in his free time. A Jehovah’s Witness, actively volunteering in his community, installing and operating A/V equipment at assemblies and conventions.

Will, the computer guru turned cybersecurity enthusiast here at Onyx. When he’s not tackling tech challenges, he’s scaling mountains and shredding the slopes. And don’t forget his love for music – he’s a guitarist with a passion for all things rock and roll!

Meet Matthew, our IT superhero who’s been in the game for 14 years. But there’s more to him than tech – he’s also a mentor in the world of Scouting, a swimmer, and a drumming enthusiast. Whether it’s IT or life outside, Matthew’s your guy!

Kade’s the friendly face you’ll meet at Onyx. He started as an apprentice and now he’s your go-to support technician. When he’s not fixing tech issues, he’s cheering for his favourite football team and enjoying quality time with his adorable Golden Retriever.

Andrew’s the guy who makes sure everything runs smoothly at Onyx. With 14 years in IT, he’s seen it all! But he’s not just about tech – he’s also into exploring new gadgets and loves sharing the latest tech trends!

Amy has been Onyx’s team as a financial admin for over 2 years now. She is a dedicated and professional member of the team who is whizz with the numbers. Outside of work, Amy is a busy mum of two young boys and talented baker. Amy has been known to reward the office with her amazing cakes!

Dylan, a recent graduate from UEA, is the youngest member of our team. As a purchasing assistant, he is dedicated to leveraging his passion for technology to secure the best prices for our clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his weekends cycling through the Norfolk countryside.

Patrick is an experienced IT Engineer, dedicated to providing top-notch technical assistance to clients. With a strong background in network projects and support, he is known for his problem-solving skills. Outside of work, he enjoys slinging tin and exploring new technology trends.
Malachi
Let us introduce Malachi, our latest apprentice IT engineer at Onyx IT. He has always been interested in computers and just figuring out how things work. He is passionate about learning new things and new skills. He enjoys watching and reading hard science fiction and playing his PlayStation in his spare time. As a Jehovah’s Witnesses he volunteers at weekly meetings and also at assemblies and conventions on the Audio/Visual equipment, whether that be operating or setting the equipment up.
Jordan
Meet Jordan, a skilled IT professional with a solid background in telephony, IT, and networking. He has a strong track record in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues and he plays a key role in keeping systems running smoothly. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, always striving to stay ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Please meet Olando, a friendly and motivated Account Manager with extensive experience managing a wide range of IT projects, including websites and mobile applications.
